The breakfast was the best we've had on our trip! Staff were super nice and took us to the slopes every morning. Our room was really comfortable and had everything we needed. You can't beat the value for money here! Definitely coming back!

i loved the easy access to the hirafu gondola just a 15-minute walk away and the nearby park where i enjoyed a peaceful afternoon stroll amidst nature after a long day of exploring the city.

The Standard Twin Room was pretty cozy, very clean, and the heat worked great. The amenities were solid with a ski locker and free laundry, which was super convenient. The window view wasn’t bad either. The only thing was the ski drying in the room wasn’t great, but honestly, I was comfortable overall. Would definitely consider coming back!

The kitchenette provided excellent facilities for preparing meals, complete with rice cookers and ample utensils. , I appreciated the laundry facilities, especially with free detergent available, a real plus for longer stays. , The location offered a stunning landmark view that made evenings more beautiful with the scenery around. , The breakfast spread consistently delighted us with both eastern and western dishes, especially the delicious pastries.

Some aspects of room maintenance appeared overlooked.
